The Polish meat BBQ was first introduced to Jersey at the 2006 Polish Festival in St Helier, the Capital. Marinated cuts of pork and beef fillet, not often seen in BBQ Parties in the UK, as well as a vast array of sausages on the grill, surprised many people in Jersey for their taste and quality.
