To support our philosophy of quality and taste, we always maintain the highest standards of food higiene and quality control. These standards are monitored and maintained at all times. Our butcher has provided us with all the traceability documents to be able to identify the individual animal from which all our butcher products are produced to assure you of the quality control processes.
Similarly our preferred Polish Dairy maintains its herd to the highest standards and EU laws that apply to the industry. Their milk cows are not penned-in but roam free on summer green pastures and have access to warmth and shelter in the cold winters.
It is this attention to detail in our choice of suppliers that is reflected in the taste and texture of our products. Cool chain process are maintained at all times throught the direct supply to Jersey and deliveries to our freezer and chilled facilities are made weekly.
